Mainz Meat Market exists to give Boerne the real deal - meat that’s raised right, sourced local, and treated with the respect it deserves. They honor the animal, the land, and the folks who sit down to eat it. Grocery stores forgot what real food is supposed to taste like - they haven’t. Every cut we offer is chosen with care, aged with purpose, and meant to be remembered. They’re bringing reverence back to the table - with flavor that hits hard and an experience worth slowing down for.

Mainz Meat Market came to us with a vision: to create a premium, family-driven butcher shop that connects customers to their heritage through high-quality meats and community experiences. They had the heart, story, and product - they just needed a brand foundation that could bring it all together.

Phase 1: Brand Strategy Roadmap

Before design began, we built the strategic foundation that would guide every decision.

Brand Foundation

We helped define Mainz Meat Market’s purpose, vision, mission, and goals — establishing direction and clarity for the brand’s long-term growth.

Brand Personality

We developed the brand’s attributes and persona through six key elements:

  • Values

  • Culture

  • Benefits

  • Behavior

  • Voice

  • Look & Feel

Target Audience & Personas

We identified Mainz Meat Market’s ideal customers, creating detailed audience profiles that capture their needs, motivations, and preferences.

Gap Analysis

We performed a market, brand, and opportunity gap analysis to identify how Mainz Meat Market could stand out in a competitive local space.

Phase 2: Brand Identity Design

With the brand strategy in place, we brought Mainz Meat Market’s personality to life through a visual and verbal identity that feels confident, authentic, and unapologetically American.

The identity was designed to reflect who they are - a community-oriented, family-driven business that values quality, consistency, and innovation. Every detail communicates where their products come from and what they stand for: family-to-table transparency, craftsmanship, and pride.

  • Designed a logo system that captures both heritage and modern craftsmanship — bold, clean, and built to last.

  • Selected typography that feels strong yet approachable, echoing the confident but welcoming tone of the brand.

  • Built a color palette grounded in tactical heritage — curated, clean, and distinctly American in spirit.

The result is an identity that looks refined but never pretentious — modern and organized, yet rooted in community, generosity, and family values.

Phase 3: Digital Presence

We established a strong online foundation for Mainz Meat Market to connect with its audience.

  • Set up and optimized Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business accounts.

  • Produced a launch content series to tell the brand’s story and introduce it to the community.

Phase 4: Visual & Environmental Branding

Consistency across touchpoints was key to making the brand feel real and premium.

Graphic Design

  • Designed the vehicle wrap for their company Tahoe and partnered with Signarama for production and installation.

Exterior Signage

  • Designed and coordinated signage for the windows, entry arch, and doors, creating a cohesive, polished storefront.

Highlights include a large steak image, baked potato, and peppers, and mentions of military and veteran organizations, first responders, and a steak night ticket for $40.

Phase 5: Marketing Systems & Launch Support

We ensured the marketing systems behind the brand worked just as well as the visuals.

  • Designed email marketing templates inside the Toast POS system.

  • Set up and customized their loyalty program to encourage repeat visits.

  • Promoted their first Steak Night, which drew an impressive community turnout and reinforced the brand’s local presence.

Outcome

Mainz Meat Market launched with a complete brand ecosystem - a clear strategy, strong identity, and cohesive presence across digital and physical platforms.

The result: a brand that feels authentic, confident, and deeply connected to its community.
